1. General provisions
1.1. A specialist providing consultations through the Growth-Meet platform agrees to comply with these terms and ensure high-quality fulfillment of their obligations to clients.
1.2. The Growth-Meet platform acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the specialist, providing a technical solution for booking and payment of consultations.
1.3. All consultations are conducted strictly in accordance with the terms specified in the specialist’s profile.
1.4. The platform is not responsible for the quality of consultations provided and does not participate in resolving financial disputes between the specialist and the client.
2. Booking and payment
2.1. A client may book a consultation through the platform by selecting a convenient time in the specialist’s schedule.
2.2. Payment for consultations is made through the Growth-Meet platform without any additional fees.
2.3. The specialist receives 100% of the consultation fee, with no deductions made by the platform.
2.4. If a client fails to attend a consultation without prior notice, refunds are possible only by mutual agreement between the client and the specialist.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
3.1. A client may cancel a consultation no later than 24 hours before its start and may be entitled to a full refund (subject to agreement with the specialist).
3.2. If a client cancels a consultation less than 24 hours before its start, refund terms are determined by the specialist.
3.3. A specialist has the right to reschedule a consultation with prior agreement from the client, provided that the client is notified no later than 24 hours in advance.
4. Dispute resolution
4.1. If a client is dissatisfied with a consultation, they may contact the specialist directly to resolve the issue.
4.2. The Growth-Meet platform does not participate in disputes regarding refunds or compensation. All financial matters are resolved exclusively between the client and the specialist.
4.3. If a client files a complaint against a specialist for unethical behavior, poor-quality service, or violation of platform rules, the client may contact the platform administration.
4.4. If violations are confirmed, the platform administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the specialist’s account.
5. Refund policy
5.1. Refunds are issued exclusively by mutual agreement between the client and the specialist.
5.2. A specialist may independently define refund conditions, which must be clearly stated in their profile.
5.3. The Growth-Meet platform does not participate in refunds and does not act as a financial intermediary between the client and the specialist.
6. Confidentiality and ethics
6.1. The specialist is obliged to maintain confidentiality and must not disclose any information obtained during consultations without the client’s consent.
6.2. The use of obscene language, insults, or any other form of inappropriate behavior during consultations is strictly prohibited.
6.3. The specialist may not use consultations to advertise services outside the platform or propose payments bypassing the platform.
7. Reviews and rating
7.1. After a consultation is completed, the client has the right to leave a review of the specialist.
7.2. The specialist may not require the client to leave a positive review or request changes to a review.
7.3. The platform administration reserves the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, defamation, or false information.
