1. Pricing
1.1. Current pricing plans and their features are available in the “Platform Pricing” section.
2. Payment options
2.1. Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard payment cards.
2.2. Two payment options are available: monthly and annual subscription to the platform’s services.
2.3. Payment is made in accordance with the issued invoice.
3. Service provision terms
3.1. The Growth-Meet platform provides a range of features under the free Free plan, which can be used without payment.
3.2. When selecting and paying for a paid plan, the user receives all features of lower-tier plans as well as additional features of the selected plan.
3.3. Activation of a tariff plan begins from the end date of previously paid services, but not earlier than the current date.
3.4. When a paid plan is selected, a corresponding active plan badge is displayed near the logo.
4. Recurring payment specifics
4.1. By default, the subscription is valid for three years.
With monthly payments — 36 payments; with annual payments — 3 payments.
4.2. The user may cancel the next payment at any time by submitting a request via the available messengers.
5. Service termination
5.1. The user has the right to cancel recurring payments for the Growth-Meet platform at any time.
5.2. To cancel recurring payments, a request must be submitted, after which payments will be canceled within one business day.
5.3. The paid tariff plan remains active until its expiration date, even after recurring payments have been canceled.
6. Refund policy
6.1. Refunds for provided or available services are not offered.
6.2. If there are concerns regarding service quality, it is recommended to start with the minimum monthly plan or use the free plan.
7. Rules for specialists
7.1. A specialist may create a profile on the platform by completing all required personal information, including a description of services.
7.2. Uploading a professional business photo for the profile is mandatory.
7.3. Publishing any inappropriate materials (texts, photos, videos), including pornographic, violent, or provocative content, is prohibited.
7.4. The platform administration reserves the right to block a specialist’s account in case of serious violations of ethical standards or publication of prohibited content.
7.5. In the event of repeated customer complaints and confirmed conflicts, the administration reserves the right to refuse renewal of the tariff plan.
